Even when you assign someone to pick up your parcel over the app they don’t want to give the parcel if the person is not from the same address. It is being a pattern rainy days the delivery person send the package straight to the office without contact me when I’m al day at home. So frustrating!

Went to pick up a parcel from my mother-in-law for my new-born baby, only to discover it went to this post office, on Gardener's Rd; my parcels have NEVER gone there. Now I have to wait til Monday to get very important things for my baby because I'm working all day tomorrow. Nice one, Australian Post. If this is getting so many negative reviews, why doesn't it just close. Useless and frustrating.
