  I would like to commend both Sorin and Alena for their exceptional customer service, they made the experience of buying a new car easy and pleasurable.
  
  Whilst trying to attend to 3 other customers Sorin still assisted me in a timely manner, he worked on my behalf for the best trade in price and overall sale. He is courteous, positive, excitable, helpful and proud of his products. Talking in layman's terms he made me feel nothing other than comfortable and important. It's a shame he was on holidays when I eventually picked up my car but I will be sure to drop in and say hello and thanks on my next visit.
  
  Alena was very personable, empathetic, warm, funny and a joy to talk to. She was very informative and helpful with the after sales procedures. Alena's customer service is second to none making me feel very important giving me her undivided attention and time. I've since returned for other advice and products and although she didn't know the answer she investigated the issue immediately and together with Kyle's help they provided an exceptional result saving me time.
  
  I am useless in remembering names but I was very impressed that both Alena and Sorin remembered my name each time I went in, this dynamic duo are great rapport builders..... thumbs up.
  
  Everyone in the showroom acknowledged me on each occasion that I have been in, overall it was and continues to be a pleasurable experience. Well done Sutton City Honda team.
